For Justine, cooking is a palette. She tells us: "I love playing with colors, textures, and seasonal products. Each plate is a composition, almost a painting, where taste meets aesthetics." Her creativity isn't limited to flavors: she shapes her project with passion, precision, and daring, fully embodying the spirit of female entrepreneurship.
