For the purpose of ordering the Products, the Client must select the Products that they wish to order on the Site by clicking on "Add to basket" and validate the different stages of the order.
The Client will have the possibility, before definitively validating their order, to check the summary of the order and its total price, and to correct possible errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance.
Fidler commits itself to honour the orders received on the Site only within the limit of the available stocks of Products. If the Products are not available, Fidler commits to inform the Client as soon as possible, and at the latest within 4 working days following the validation of the order. The cancellation of the order of this Product and its possible reimbursement will then be carried out.
Fidler is entitled to refuse any order made by a Client with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, as well as any order that does not comply with the present general terms of sale.
In this case, Fidler will inform the Client by phone or by email. Fidler reserves the right not to process the order if no modification is made by the Client concerning the erroneous elements.
Once the Client has validated their order, Fidler acknowledges receipt by email sent to the address communicated by the Client.
This confirmation email includes all the information relating to the order and in particular :
- The price of the Products
- The quantity to be delivered
- The date of the order
- The delivery costs, if any
- The payment method chosen by the Client
- The mention that the Client benefits from a right of withdrawal
It is recommended that the Client keeps a copy of the elements relating to their order.
Any modification of the order is impossible from the moment it is confirmed by Fidler. The Client has one (1) hour to cancel their Order from the moment it has been validated by them.
